Hybrid Maintenance Plan
Our Annual Maintenance Plan Includes:
$264 Annually or billed monthly at $22 per month per system
2 Annual Checkups per calendar year in March and October (customer must call in to schedule and if there are no open dates in March or October, Hybrid Heat and Air will move it to the following month depending on schedule availability
Checkups to Diagnose System for the Following:
Cooling functionality
Heating functionality
Electrical connections
Check refrigerant levels and pressures
Inspect coils (inside and outside)
Drain clear
Check Amp draws on motors and compressors per manufacturer specifications
HMP Plan Benefits
Discounted rates for additional systems at same residential location (11% on 2nd system, 22% on 3rd system, 33% on 4th system)
Preventative maintenance to minimize possible functionality issues
Free Diagnostic Check for any trouble service calls
Discount on repairs (11%)
Indoor Air Quality discount (11%) - UV Light, HEPA Filtration, etc
Annual Loyalty Credit of $100 Per Year
